How to get to Macerata
Transport for Macerata are:
Train
Train timetables for Macerata are available directly on the site of Trenitalia. Once in Macerata, since the railway station is quite far from the stadium, you should take a shuttle bus supplied by the municipality.
Note: Be careful to type correctly the dates of outward and return, as during the weekend the number of journeys is reduced.
In Loreto, the station is located in the town of Loreto-Stazione (at the foot of the hill on which stands the shrine) to get there you can use public transport.
(private) Car
Arriving by car in Macerata is not recommended, because of driving restrictions in force on the occasion of the pilgrimage and because of the absolute lack of parking near the stadium “Helvia Recina”. Who still wished to get to the town by car is asked to arrive not later than 16,30-17.
Airplane
The nearest airport is the Raffaello Sanzio of Falconara, near Ancona

For transfers by bus, you should consult the bus timetables to and from Macerata / Loreto.

Note: it would be better to contact one of the registration centres all over Italy. Every year, they make arrangements for buses reserved exclusively for participants.
